Prior to working at Harvey Kalles, Brokerage, Erik got his start at Royal LePage YCR downtown Toronto. Erik holds a Master’s Degree from Dalhousie University in Environmental Management where he studied environmental assessment, law and the socio-political dimensions. It was during this time perfected his leadership, work ethic and time management skills that continue to be the pillars upon which he operates as a real estate professional.
After completing his extensive university career, Erik decided to plant his roots firmly in Toronto, a community that continues to serve as both his playground and his office. Erik understands that buying or selling a property is an enormous decision and he will be there for you every step of the way. Erik has proven negotiating skills and promises to get you the best price on your property, whether you are buying or selling!
During post-college life, Erik took a short break after losing his mother – where he realized that real estate felt like the right path for him to pursue – and will always encapsulate a vital life lesson for Erik: life is short. His positive energy carries into his personal and professional life, including the various philanthropic organizations, such as Heart & Stroke and Habitat for Humanity. When he is not engrossed in Toronto’s real estate market, Erik can be found working out at the gym, walking the streets of his Yorkville neighbourhood, indulging in the finer things in life or enjoying peaceful moments spent with his partner and family.
Zack has been exposed to the world of real estate as he was continuously immersed in his family’s real estate ventures. As he grew older he became even more in love with the city of Toronto and its surroundings. It was an easy decision for Zack to develop his career as a real estate agent.
Prior to his current position as a top Sales Representative at Harvey Kalles, Brokerage, Zack was awarded the #1 Agent in the entire Toronto Office of Royal LePage Your Community Realty. His past experiences have given him concrete knowledge in residential, commercial and condominium sales and leasing, as well as exposure to pre-construction sales. Zack has learned the true meaning of dedication, teamwork and perseverance over his years in the industry.
Currently living in Bedford Park with his wife, Zack is an established member of the community and strives to consistently keep his clients happy, through hard work, advocacy and forward thinking.
